Our D&I Journey: going from recruiting
30% females/ month up to 60%/ month

  • Many companies are in the same boat, with high ambitions to drive a diversity and inclusion agenda that make a real differences

  • Not so many companies truly succeed to turn the numbers around. At Tele2 we have during 2019 started a journey to   build a gender balanced company with 50% females and      50% males by 2023. Super challenging! But we like       ambitious and stretching targets.

  • During the year we have managed to recruit 63% females up from 30% the last 10 years. What have we done differently?   and what makes the needle move?

Transforming our Maersk Culture and Leadership Capability

  • In the presentation you'll hear a little about the Maersk Vision and Business Strategy and a lot about the work we are doing to transform the organizational culture and leadership capability, including what's working well and the challenges we've faced along the way.
